TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE
§1 General information
These Terms and Conditions govern the operation of the online store operated under the Cosmosens.pl domain (“Store”).
Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Any matters not covered herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code.
The Store may not be used in a manner contrary to applicable law or principles of social coexistence.
Definitions used in these Terms:
Terms – this document;
Store – an online service for purchasing digital products and software licenses;
Operator – Cosmosens.pl Kordian Chodorowski;
User / Buyer – any natural or legal person using the Store;
Licensee – a User who has purchased a software license;
Registration – the process of creating a Store account.
Internet access and a JavaScript-enabled browser are required.
§2 Purchases
Placing orders requires creating a Store account.
Registration requires providing personal or company details such as email, name, address, phone number, and company data where applicable.
Creating an account means accepting the Terms in force at the time of registration.
Prices are displayed in PLN and USD and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Orders can be placed 24/7. Products are delivered electronically.
Payments are made via bank transfer or electronic payment systems (e.g. PayPal).
Delivery occurs within 7 business days of payment, usually automatically.
§3 Licenses and copyrights
The Operator holds the copyrights or distribution rights to the offered software.
Unless stated otherwise, the Operator is the software producer.
The license grants the right to use the software on a single environment or workstation. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
§4 Personal data
Personal data is processed to fulfill orders and legal obligations.
The data controller is Cosmosens.pl Kordian Chodorowski,
Kazimierza Wielkiego 60, 32-300 Olkusz, Poland.
Users have the right to access, correct, and object to marketing use of their data.

§5 Final provisions
Users must keep login credentials confidential.
The Operator is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized access or malware on the User’s device.
Complaints should be submitted electronically to the Operator.
Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
The Operator may amend these Terms. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of changes.
